1What are the benefits of joining the Hidden Vines Wine Club?
Joining the Hidden Vines Wine Club is your ticket to discovering our wines in a whole new way. Receive two shipments per year in April and November, choosing 6 or 12 bottles or letting our winemaker curate a selection for you. Enjoy 10% off all purchases, discounted shipping, and complimentary tastings for you and three friends. It’s more than a club—it’s a way to experience our wines, season after season, with a few extra perks along the way.
2Is there a required order amount to retain membership?
Yes. Membership includes two shipments per year in April and November. To maintain your Wine Club membership, you are required to receive both shipments. You may choose 6 or 12 bottles per shipment.
3Can I cancel my membership?
All cancellation requests must be received before the next wine club processing date. If your request comes after the shipment has already been processed, it will apply to the following shipment.
4If I pick up 6 bottles or more today, will that be considered my first shipment?
No. Wine purchases outside of the semi-annual shipments are separate from your Wine Club shipments.
5How often are Club shipments?
Club members receive two shipments per year, in April and November.
6When can I choose my own wines, and can I select them myself?
Yes. Members can select 6 or 12 bottles for each shipment. The customization option will appear in your Member account about a month before pickup or shipping, and you’ll receive an email when the selection window opens. If no selections are made, the winemaker will curate your shipment for you. Please ensure the email address on your account is up to date.
7Does discounted shipping apply everywhere?
Discounted shipping does not apply to remote areas. A Hidden Vines team member will contact you if additional shipping fees are required for your location.
8How do I update my shipping address?
Members are responsible for keeping their shipping address up to date. Hidden Vines will not be responsible for any shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or re-directed shipments. Email info@hiddenvines.ca for assistance.
9Where do I find my login information so that I can login to my Member account?
Once your sign-up information has been entered into our system, you will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials. If you do not receive a Club Confirmation email within one week of signing up, please contact us at: info@hiddenvines.ca
